[IMPORTANT] Special Arrangement in times of Tropical Cyclones & Rainstorms

Hong Kong is usually rainy and sometimes might be hit by tropical cyclones, despite of our recommendation for all delegates to carry your own umbrellas, please also read below careful of our arrangements in case of either tropical cyclones or rainstorm to happen during SliderAsia…

• Tropical Cyclones Warning Signal No. 8 or Higher – When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher is issued, all activities at SliderAsia will be cancelled.  If the warning signal No.8 or higher is issued during the festival hours, i.e. 1200-2200h on 30/7/2017 & 0800-2200h during 31/7-5/8/2017, the activities will or will not be continued until all attending delegates present have been vacated.  In general, all activities will be resumed in 2 hours after the warning signal is cancelled or lowered to No. 3.  Click here to get yourself familiar with the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals system in Hong Kong.
• Black Rainstorm Warning Signal – If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued outside of SliderAsia operating hours, i.e. 1200-2200 on 30/7/2017 & 0800-2200 during 31/7-5/8/2017, all activities will be cancelled while the warning is in force.  When the warning signal is cancelled, the same activities resumption arrangement for Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher as stated above will be adopted.  If the warning signal is issued during operating hours, all activities will continue until close of the activities of the day.  Click here to get yourself familiar with the Rainstorm Warning system in Hong Kong.
